According to The Sun, the music superstars are officially dating – making them pop’s latest power couple. With Drake having recently turned 30 and J. Lo aged 47, it puts a 17-year age gap between the pair. But as word of their romance spreads across Hollywood there is one person who isn’t as pleased – Drake’s ex Rihanna.
Rihanna and Drake only recently ended the latest leg of their long, drawn-out love affair and the news that he has already moved on (let alone with one of her friends in the industry) has not gone down well with her. I mean, she’s officially unfollowed J. Lo on Instagram. Talk about salty.
A source revealed: “Jen and Drake have tried to keep their romance under wraps by suggesting they are just working together, but the truth is they are an item. People in Rihanna’s circle are saying she is very unhappy about the whole thing. Only a few months ago she and Drake were still together.”
J. Lo and Drake are both newly single after the singer split from backing dancer Caspar Smart after four years together, while Drake’s on-off romance with Rihanna is thought to have ended in October. And they’ve been spending plenty of time together recently.

The rapper paid a visit to her Las Vegas residency at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino twice in one week. Lopez uploaded a snap of the pair cosying up together backstage alongside the caption: “Look who rolled up to my show tonight to say hi! @champagnepapi #lovehim #jlovegas #ALLIHAVE”.
The couple attempted to play down romantic speculation by claiming they have merely hooked up for a music collaboration – but I’m pretty sure this Instagram post by Drake says it all.

There is now talk that the pair may spend New Year’s Eve in Vegas together after J. Lo cancelled her million dollar gig at a Miami nightclub for December 31.
I don’t know about you but I’m pretty psyched that they’re together!
