Come 17th of December 2011, Ecoba Restaurant & Bar at PJ Trade Centre will be organizing a one-day, 10-hour music and discovery extravaganza in support of AIDS Awareness & Prevention.
In efforts to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS, the event seeks to engage youths through education and prevent activities to reduce the spread of the epidemic among young people.
“The Big Fest: Raise Your Voice” is all set to activate the public, to speak up and speak out about HIV/AIDS and shatter the ignorance that has led to the spread of this epidemic. It is with this spirit of activism that Ecoba Restaurant & Bar is organizing a gathering of sorts for art and music enthusiasts, as well as bazaar junkies (by Goldilocks Bazaar).
We all address the issue but none of us really know that half of all new HIV infections globally are among young people. Essentially, it is us, the young people, who can step up to do something about it. To make a change.
So come show your support for the prevention of HIV/AIDS at Ecoba Restaurant & Bar this Saturday. Door entry is only RM10 inclusive of one free dink (choice of ABSOLUT cocktail or soft drink). And be enthralled by music we know we all live for such as:
