We’re always looking for the next ‘it’ thing in makeup, but in terms of makeup application, the beautyblender seems to have been a constant in the past couple years, even with a ton of dupes everywhere.
With that said, there’s something called the Silisponge by Hong Kong based Molly Cosmetics that has been making rounds on the internet.
Unlike the beautyblender, this sponge is non-porous and will not absorb any product. It’s also easy to clean and doesn’t need to be dampened before use.
According to the company, the Silisponge is made with silicone and lined with a plastic and silicone hybrid called TPU, which is supposed to be long lasting.
It costs $10 on the website (approx. RM44.05). Would you give it a go? 😉
