To the surprise of exactly no one, Kanye West is reportedly a challenging man to be around with, let alone being married to. Although his trophy wife, Kim Kardashian has been amazingly loyal to the Californian rapper, we’ve learned that she actually asked for a time out from their marriage prior to Kanye’s infamous breakdown recently. (So that’s why he went hella cray!)
The aftermath of her Paris robbery ordeal left both stars feeling emotionally unstable. Kim who suffered nightmares and flashbacks was utterly disappointed at the lack of support from her husband who returned to the Saint Pablo tour right after the heist. Of course, this move has strained their relationship, because she hadn’t seen him when she needs him the most.
A source tells us, “He would be up all night ranting about things. He’d be up drawing, writing and sketching, or pacing and doing push-ups. he would not calm down and go to bed. They were fighting because he was impossible to live with.”
Perhaps, the reason for Kanye’s behaviour is because he’s been so used to being coddled by Kim. But it’s not always about him, is it? The reality star apparently couldn’t cope with the workaholic rapper’s intense antics anymore. She felt like ‘Ye had bailed on her when needed him to be her rock.
Hours before Ye’s breakdown, Princess Kim who was planning to make her first public appearance since the jewelry heist at the Angel Ball in New York, told her husband of two years she didn’t want to talk to him and that she needed a break from this marriage.
It is reported that ‘Ye himself was struggling with the terrifying incident, as it reminded him of the pain he felt when his mother passed away, a loss he’s never really recovered from, and the thought of losing Kim just sent him straight to a tailspin. Yikes!
