There’s a new ear piercing trend in town that is taking Los Angeles by storm.
Brainchild of piercer, Brian Keith Thompson, this ear piercing trend is inspired by constellations – and they’re every bit as spellbinding as you’d imagine. Much like patterns of aligning stars, these piercings are made in groups of three or more on the earlobe or cartilage, and then worn with dainty earrings or studs.
While the multiple piercing trend has been around for years, it’s rapidly picking up in L.A. right now. Reason being, it’s fresh, modern and can be personalised based on the individual’s taste. It’s also a lot less intimidating because it can be done on just the lobes – which is perfect for those who just aren’t into cartilage piercings.
These piercings can be dainty, based on the studs you choose. Girls who like their earrings to be more minimalist rather than costume will be thrilled by its practicality. Also, you don’t ever have to worry about dangling earrings getting ripped away from your earlobes. You know, like Beyonce.
