Whether you’re a driver with extra space in your vehicle, or a passenger who is tired of waiting for the bus, GrabHitch is here to solve that problem for you.
GrabHitch provides a transport option at a price that is just between taxis and public transports, like trains and buses. According to a study done, 93% of Malaysians own at least one car, while 54% own more than one car. Therefore, with GrabHitch, every Malaysian with a car can help to improve Malaysia’s traffic situation and even reduce pollution.
Passengers can pre-book a ride as early as seven days in advance, or up to two hours before pick-up. The fares for GrabHitch are calculated based on distance of the ride, which will be displayed upfront, so passengers can choose whether or not they want to confirm the booking.
GrabHitch will kick-off on May 15th. The app can be downloaded from Google Play or App Store. To find out more, visit Grab’s website.
