LG Electronics unveiled its latest range of innovations at the LG Convention 2016 recently. The convention featured cutting-edge home entertainment and home appliance technologies that is set to transform the way you perform your daily chores, and even the way you watch TV.
Some of the products that highlighted the convention were the LG 4K OLED TV, the LG Twin Wash, and LG CordZero, and here’s why we fell in love with them:
LG 4K OLED TV
Enhanced by HDR (high dynamic range), this TV gives you unmatched clarity with the infinite contrast ratio that the HDR provides. Colours are more intense and realistic, it is able to display the whitest of white and the blackest of black. It is perfect for HDR and Dolby Vision viewing, and features the unique Picture-on-Glass technology, introduced for the first time in this market.
It’s sleek and slim design, together with the impressive features, bagged the Innovation Award in CES 2016.
LG Twin Wash
This revolutionary washing machine features a world’s first – the Twin Wash System that helps you wash two loads of laundry at the same time, which means no more putting your delicates or white laundry aside for later. It comes with a detachable mini-washer that enables two different wash cycles to happen simultaneously. What’s even better is that the mini-washer has a “hand-wash” function that goes easy on your delicates, so no more sore arms!
LG CordZero
Another first from LG is the LG CordZero range featuring a Canister, Handstick and Hom-Bot. Powered by RoboSense, the LG CordZero series is designed to follow you around during cleaning, instead of you having to drag the cylinder around on its hose. The CordZero also comes with a self-learning technology, the Hom-Bot remembers your house pattern as you clean!
Other LG innovations featured at the convention are the ‘Mosquito Away’ air-conditioner, Super UHD TV, home speakers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and more.
