OMG!
A loud explosion was at the Chili’s restaurant at Mid Valley Megamall at about 10am today, likely caused by gas cylinders. The mall was then evacuated.
There were initial reports circulating online regarding an external roof that collapsed outside the restaurant and it may have been caused by the explosion. Eight people were injured from the incident and investigations are underway to determine the root of the issue.
