Oh, yeah! The day is finally here. You’re no longer restricted to just the “Like” button on Facebook. You can now express your feelings towards someone’s status (we’re not sure if this is a good thing or bad) with Love, Haha, Wow, Sad and Angry on top of the original Like.
If you can’t seem to use this just yet because you don’t see it, don’t worry. We can help you.
If you’re on your desktop and on the browser version of Facebook, all you have to do is hover over the Like button and you should be able to see new reactions popping up.
Once the new Reactions are visible, you’ll also be able to see the top three that each status has received. By clicking on the reactions, you’ll also be given a breakdown of how many people felt the same way you did! Fun, hey?
As for your mobile phone, you may have to close your Facebook app entirely and reopen it before you can see any changes. As soon as you’ve clicked on the Like button on a post, you should be able to see a message that will tell you to hold down on the button in order to bring up other reactions. If you don’t see it just yet, don’t worry because the moment will come!
Currently you can only use the Facebook Reactions on posts, videos and photos, not the comments section.
