By now you should get the gist of how big Super Bowl commercials are and the whole shebang. LG Electronics joined the picture and released its first-ever Super Bowl commercial starring blockbuster actor, Liam Neeson and its new LG Signature OLED TV.
Father and son, Ridley Scott, executive producer and Jake Scott, director collaborated to showcase LG’s commitment to bring the future of television to today’s audience. The commercial focuses on how LG provides future-forward home entertainment through LG’s OLED TV technology.
The newly introduced technology focuses on picture quality with perfect blacks, unparalleled contrast and more colors on an elegant, stunningly slim glass panel together with the Picture-on-Glass design that is only possible with the OLED technology.
The commercial sticks to the futuristic concept as the actor plays a character of a man from the future, who traveled back in time for an important mission. “The objective was to create a world you’ve never seen before or a world that was unique and specific to the OLED” said Jake Scott.
