Imagine walking into a never-before-seen land of Star Wars and interacting with the characters from a galaxy far away. It was announced by Disney chairman Bob Iger before a crowd at the Disney D23 Expo Saturday morning that two new 14-acre Star Wars themed lands are coming to the Disney parks in Orlando and Anaheim, California.

Star Wars fans will get a chance to be part of a Star Wars story in a whole new galaxy, but guests don’t have to wait too long because Disney Parks and Resorts will receive a Star Wars makeover to pre-existing rides. For instance, the popular Space Mountain roller coaster will transform into Hyperspace Mountain as part of Disney’s 2016 Star Wars: Season of the Force event.
Other attractions include The 3D simulator Star Tours with characters from The Force Awakens. There also will be a new Star Wars Launch Bay and a Jedi Training Camp with new characters from Star Wars Rebels.
