Be propelled away by high speed acts!

Previously, they brought you “Green Room”, “Thirst”, and numerous installments of “Speedzone”. In less than a month, Future Sound Asia will have every intention of blowing you away with the next evolution of entertainment – XPLAY. Anchored by Celcom Axiata Berhad’s Xpax, the event is all set to breathe life into the last quarter of 2011 by presenting one of the world’s electronic dance music (EDM) legends, Paul van Dyk.

To many, he is known as one of the world’s first true superstar DJs. He was named “World No.1 DJ” in both 2005 and 2006. Selling more than 5 million copies of his albums, garnering a Grammy nomination, and performing to more than one million people on the beaches of Rio de Janeiro is just a teeny tiny fraction of his spectacular portfolio.

And angels, don’t even pretend you don’t know that track.

This year, Paul van Dyk takes evolution further by putting together a live cinema performance, especially for his fans, on what would be his first ever outdoor appearance in Malaysia! Needless to say, EDM lovers and fans alike are going to be blown away by the upcoming event that will be happening on the 22nd of October, 2011 at the Helipad, Sepang International Circuit (SIC).

Of course, only a legend as great as Paul van Dyk would deserve being flanked by supporting acts such as the Italian trance producer Giuseppe Ottaviani, our very own homegrown Terence C, Phil K, Ian Ross, and MisterArrifin. And when brought together by Future Sound Asia, this band of EDM talents is bound to build a fist-pumping finale of the biggest and most innovative acts from the world of dance and electronic music.

Ticketing details are as follows:

Presale: RM 55 (ends 21st October)
Door Sale: RM 75
Cabana: RM 3300 (20pax + 2 crates of drinks)
Outlets: Rock Corner and Victoria Music outlets.
Online: AirAsia RedTix

Are you ready to be propelled away by big driving sounds and high speed acts? Can’t wait to see Paul van Dyk take the stage? We only wish October would come sooner!
