Cameron Silver, an American fashion figure and historian, author and founder of renowned vintage boutique Decades in downtown Los Angeles, recently graced Malaysian shores with a book-signing appearance at the Jaeger LeCoultre flagship boutique in Starhill Gallery.

Silver signed and dedicated copies of his visually-stunning coffee table book titled Decades: A Century of Fashion, for VIP guests and media. Seen on his wrist was the Jaeger-LeCoultre Grande Reverso Ultra Thin 1931, a timepiece that perfectly matches Silver’s personality.

Both Silver and his high-end vintage store Decades have a cult celebrity following, having dressed a long list of Hollywood celebrities such as Chloe Sevigny, Julia Roberts, Gwyneth Paltrow, Dita von Teese, Rihanna and Lady Gaga. Silver is a highly-regarded fashion philanthropist and is frequently featured on E! Entertainment, the Style Network and Fashion File. He is a familiar face on the front row of couture presentations and has written about luxury shopping and travel.
