The girls at Buzzfeed asked holistic sex and relationship coach, Kim Anami, to teach these three women the art of vaginal weightlifting. Oh yes, you read that right. Also known as vaginal Kung Fu, it is a method that Kim teaches women to physically and emotionally reconnect to their vaginas, so they become more in tune with their sexual energy. This strengthens the pelvic floor far more effectively than regular Kegels, and gives women sexual confidence and power.
