We all know that Robert Downey Jr. plays superhero Iron Man but we also know that in real life he’s a bit of a hero.
For example, Downey Jr. decided to deliver a brand new bionic arm that looks just like Iron Man’s to a boy called Alex who is 7 years old and right arm is partially developed since he was born.
Thanks to a college student and bionics genius, Albert Manero who heard about Alex’s story and decided to build him a low-cost bionic limb.
Downey Jr. and Alex were able to meet thanks to the hardworking people at The Collective Project and Albert, and they both tried on their cool robot arms.
This is basically a feel good story about a kid who gets to be a real-life Iron Man with a little bit of help from the real Iron Man. What a way to end the week!
