It’s safe to say that lunch is probably the best meal of the day. I know I look forward to lunch more than I do dinner, and I did so especially when I was in school.
To stay focused and keep on your A-game throughout the day, you should probably eat a healthy lunch. This also helps regulate your metabolism. Even more so for growing kids.
Although when it comes to cafeteria food, compared to the rest of the world, the US is a little further behind on providing kids with healthy food to eat. Actually, they are a lot further behind than they should be.
To create awareness about how unhealthy the lunches that are being served to kids in school are, restaurant chain Sweetgreen decided to create a visual series that show what other kids around the world are eating.
