Established in 2013, Just In Case is a home-grown brand that houses a wide variety of phone casings for all genders and age groups, regardless of taste and style. The brand has been creating a presence online through their official website, social media outlets and the brand’s participation in bazaars throughout Malaysia before expanding into a physical retail store.
“Back when we were participating in bazaars and promoting our unique casings online, we saw a growing demand for fashionable casings – something that isn’t usually found in the market as most handphone casings are mass produced. We wanted to further tap into this niche market and expand our brand by opening this physical outlet in Mid Valley Megamall. ‘Techsessorize’ is a term that we like to use a lot in Just In Case. Basically, techsessorize means that you combine both technology and fashion together,”says founder, Liew Ping Xuan on the brand’s history, vision and direction.
“That’s the core concept of our brand where our casings are made to match your Outfit Of The Day (OOTD) and make a statement. That’s why we always strive to bring in new one-of-a-kind designs that are launched by collection. Once the collection is sold out, we will not repeat the same design; just like fashion apparels, we give you Fashion For Your Phone, which is the tagline of our brand,” she added.
