Red Lobster is possibly one of Florida’s most popular exports and after a month of opening its first outlet in Kuala Lumpur at The Intermark, the seafood restaurant is planning to open two new outlets at Quill City Mall and Gamuda Walk Mall in Shah Alam.
For those who are not familiar with Red Lobster, it is dubbed the world’s largest seafood restaurant company and its branch at The Intermark is the first to be opened in South East Asia.
During the launch, a private red carpet event was held with approximately 190 guests. The restaurant is inspired by the fishing villages of US Maine’s Bar Harbour and is designed to provide guests a refreshing seaside dining experience with lighthouses, nautical furnishings and signal flags further enhancing the atmosphere.
The outlet at the Intermark seats 200 patrons and you will find all sorts of seafood dishes here. Red Lobster’s signature dishes include Signature Seafood Combinations, Live Maine and Rock Lobsters, Alaskan snow crab legs; jumbo shrimp with coconut and oven-broiled, blackened or grilled fish. All entrees are served with Red Lobster’s famous and complimentary Cheddar Bay Biscuits, baked fresh throughout the day.
In addition to its tantalising seafood, Red Lobster’s menu features grilled steaks, pastas and flavourful chicken dishes. Examples include Maple Glazed Chicken, Grilled Peppercorn Sirloin Beef Steak with Maine Lobster Tail, Southern Fried Chicken and Grilled Sirloin Steak with succulent shrimps with garlic glaze. Dessert lovers will enjoy a variety of mouth-watering desserts including Double Chocolate Torte and Caramel Apple Crisps, paired perfectly with a speciality coffee.

The menu at Red Lobster starts from RM9.90 onwards for Soups, Salads and Starters, RM26.90 onwards, for main meal Entrees, and RM32.90 onwards for Signature Seafood Combinations.
