There was definitely no hocus pocus that night!
It was an evening where thousands of Malaysians came together to celebrate music’s Made of More at the Finale Show at KL Live. Topping the bill were rising stars MAGIC!, the Canadian Nu Reggae act that has taken the world by storm with their multi-platinum smash-hit single ‘Rude’.
For the past seven weeks, Guinness Amplify: Music Made of More has been touring Peninsular Malaysia, bringing together some of the very best artists Malaysia has to offer in a showcase of the passion, talent, and dedication that our local musicians possess.
The extraordinary showcase Finale at KL Live kicked off with local electro-pop heroes Dash taking the stage with a high-energy set, which delighted their fans and got the audience warmed up and ready to rock out to an incredible evening of live music.
Next up was musical maestro OJ Law, who treated the audience to the unique stylings of his ‘Banana Indie Soulrocktronica’.
Following these two talented local acts would be a challenge for anyone, but it was a task that MAGIC! were more than ready for. The Nu Reggae act took the crowd on a journey through their new album, ‘Don’t Kill the Magic’ before finishing off their set with their debut single ‘Rude’, which has clearly taken the world by storm!
