There’s just something very magical about polaroids. Just watching the images faintly appear onto a blank sheet can put you on triple rainbows and gives you a warm fuzzy feeling you can’t explain before you tuck the lil thing into your wallet to bring home to your fridge. I’m sure you’re no stranger to Instagram. If you’re an iPhone user, you’re constantly spamming social media with your artistic lomo-ish “polaroids”. If you use any other phone, you hate iPhone users but you secretly wish they’d develop Instagram for your phone already!
While the rest of us are waiting for that to happen, picture this scenario. You’re partying at a cool event. You meet a cute boy. You want to drink but you also want to remember him the next day. Introducing Instaprint. Instaprint is a tiny wall mounted cube that doesn’t take much space (in fact it looks like a hand dryer) and it works based on location for Instagram.
If you have a polaroid camera at an event, you’re going to have to rely on that one person to shoot your picture and at over RM2 per print, it’s not very economical but with Instaprint, anyone with an iPhone can use this service.
Each Instaprint box will be set with a location or specific hashtag so any Instagram images tagged to the hashtag will be printed out automatically, how instant can it get!
