London Fashion Week showed us a trend that will change the fashion world forever. English brand Evans introduced to the world it’s first “plus size” collection. Although we wished it had happened sooner, we are still happy that there is finally a fashion range that celebrates women of all shapes and sizes. Because let’s face it, not all of us are Kate Moss.
Evans is owned by Philip Green, the man who also owns Topshops. He decided it was time that fashion had some diversity by offering beautiful clothes for EVERY woman, no matter the size. He told Women’s Wear Daily, “This is a big and important part of the market, and we need to be seen to embrace it. You cannot ignore the market place.” We couldn’t agree more.
