If you don’t know it already, Zac Efron and Michelle Rodriguez are an item!
The duo recently confirmed their relationship by kissing and packing on the PDA on vacation in Sardinia, however E! News has learned that the love birds have actually been close for years.
A source tells E! News that a mutual friend of the couple named Mohammed Al Turki introduced them when on a vacation abroad about two years ago.
“Michelle is super-cool and laid-back and Zac has always been attracted to her because of that,” the source explains. “She’s one of those people that everyone likes, she just gets on with all kinds of people and doesn’t take the fame thing too seriously.”
“Zac likes the fact that she is laid-back and he can relate to her,” the insider adds. “He is attracted to her great attitude. They understand one another.”
Rodriguez, 35, and Efron, 26, been spending lots of time hanging out with Italian entrepreneur Gianluca Vacchi on their current romantic getaway. Vacchi posted Instagrams of them hanging out together by the water and lounging around.
