That looks painful! It seems that Nicole Richie is the latest star to join this ever-growing cupping phenomenon.
While spending time with her family on Sunday, the Candidly Nicole was spotted with red marks on her upper back. Dressed in a casual black top, Nicole didn’t seem to mind that the very-obviously red marks were visible for all to notice.
For those of you who are unaware of what this cupping method is, it’s a traditional Eastern practice that uses heated glass cups to create suction. By doing so, it is supposed to give you more energy, helps with your blood flow and rid you of any shoulder or neck aches you might have.
Other famous stars like Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Anisto, Lena Dunham, Chris Martin and many more have also been known to join this healing bandwagon.
