Mr.Brown is back!
At 12.01 a.m Monday, the 25-year-old singer was released from Los Angeles County Jail, says L.A. Sheriff’s deputy Tony Moore, E! News can confirm. Due to violating his probation stemming from his 2009 assault on Rihanna, Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin sentenced Brown to one year in jail; he received credit for 234 days of time already served in jail and court-ordered rehab, which left him with 131 days to serve.
Briefly after his release, he tweeted, “Humbled and Blessed…Back to the Music and the Fans…Thank you GOD.”
Brown’s probation is extended until Jan. 23, 2015, and he will be required to submit to random drug testing at least three times a week, participate in psychiatric counselling two times a week and attend outpatient therapy at least twice a week.
