Hello there, all owners of the vagina. It’s no surprise that the vagina goes into war for a duration of one week every month. And during this time of the month, we women tend to go through A LOT of emotions, struggles, uneasiness and CRAMPS!

Some of you girls who go through a cramp-less period – not tryna be mean here, but ya’ll have it slightly easier. And then there are girls who go through cramps like their vagina is practically ripping into tiny pieces. Not forgetting the back pain, headache and tiredness that follow.

But did you know that there are certain Ayurvedic treatments that can ease your period pain? Hold up – lemme get this out of the way – period cramps are always going to be there, because the lining of your uterine wall is shedding during your menstruation, and your uterus contracts to help expel its lining. Experiencing menstrual cramps is part and parcel of life, and there is really no permanent way to get rid of it.

However, there are a few natural ways to help ease the many levels of pains we go through during our menstruation cycle. Speaking of which, I’ve listed a few Ayurvedic herbs below that can help ease period cramps.
