No way!
Fox News anchor Bill O’Reilly slammed Beyoncé during an interview with Russell Simmons yesterday, saying that she’s a bad role model for young girls.
O’Reilly, who’s never been reserved about sharing his true feelings, pointed out that her recent music video for “Partition” was “inexplicable” and “exploitive garbage.”
“She puts out a new album with a video that glorifies having sex in the back of a limousine. Teenage girls look up to Beyoncé, particularly girls of color…Why on Earth would this woman do that?”
He added, “Why would she do it when she knows the devastation that unwanted pregnancies…and fractured families—why would Beyoncé do that?”
O’Reilly continued and insisted that as a mother, and one that promotes gender equality, Queen Bey has an “obligation to protect children.”
But all the criticism didn’t stop Queen Bey from doing her thing on her Mrs. Carter World Tour.
The “Drunk in Love” singer is currently in Dublin with Jay Z and Blue Ivy, while she performs four sold-out shows at The O2.
They were even spotted at the local Dublin Zoo on Monday.
Bey also posted a snapshot on Tumblr showing her posing next to an Irish flag that had the words “Dublin loves you like XO” written on it by fans.
Seems like she’s having the time of her life!
By the way, have you seen her photos of her adorable family on vacation in Jamaica?
