Have you ever wondered what it’s like to dine first-class as a celeb? Well, here’s a sneak peek of Wolfgang Puck’s award-worthy menu for the Oscars after-party.
On the glitziest night of the year, 50 dishes will be on offer from the chef known as the caterer to the stars, Wolfgang Puck.
Celebs who have shimmied their way into their gowns and fancy designer clothes that night may choose to celebrate their wins and loses by letting loose and digging into tantalizing gourmet dishes like crispy lobster shrimp dumplings with five spice, bite-sized fried chicken with white grits and mini American Wagyu burgers.
For celebs like Anne Hathaway, Ellen DeGeneres, Jared Leto, Brad Pitt and Natalie Portman who shun all animal products, Puck has also created vegan dishes like carrot orange gazpacho shots, taro root tacos with avocado, and butternut squash with farro and wild rice.
A few of Puck’s signature Oscar bites will also return, including smoked salmon Oscars and chicken pot pie with shaved black truffles.
To finish off the night, stars will then be offered sweet treats like chocolate-dipped strawberry cheesecake pops and citrus panna cotta with chocolate popcorn.
