Only one day left till Christmas Day! If you’re doing super last minute gift-wrapping but you still want to make your gifts look personalized and presentable, here’s how to make some effortless and quick Christmas tree gift tags for your loved ones. No more half-heartedly wrapped Christmas gifts!
You’ll need: Some card stock, a piece of paper, dark green felt fabric, some embroidery thread, some little brads, a scissors, a sharp blade, a pencil and a ruler.
On the piece of paper, trace the shape of a Christmas tree and cut it out.
Using the shape as a guide, trace the Christmas tree on the felt fabric and cut it out.
Do the same with the card stock.
Next, lay the felt Christmas tree on top of the card stock and secure both pieces together by inserting a brad at the very top of the tree. If you’re unsure about how to secure a brad, just split the two ends in opposite directions.
Finally, just tie some embroidery thread in between the felt fabric and card stock, then secure it with a knot. Your gift tag is now ready to be used! We’re sure you’re loved ones would be impressed. 😉
