The Duchess, who was also once a victim of bullying, was attending a forum hosted by charity, Place2Be to hear experts speak on cyber-bullying, self-harm and special needs.
Kate appeared at the venue in an Orla Kiely skirt paired with a Max Mara Jacket, and navy blue velvet accessories. However, the skirt was deemed too short when she bent over slightly to greet a schoolgirl.
The Duchess of Cambridge experienced her “Marilyn Moment” when the back of her pleated skirt was billowing in the wind. Although she only got to keep the front of her stubborn skirt down, she surprisingly managed to keep herself composed to have a conversation with the schoolgirl for several minutes.
