In two months, 1,000 paedophiles were exposed by Sweetie through The Sweetie Project from over 65 countries. This project is aimed to raise awareness for the exploitation of children with the online campaign, “Stop Webcam Child Sex Tourism” by Terre des Hommes.
According to a spokesman from Terre des Hommes, three out of the 1,000 paedophiles found are from Malaysia. “Their names were handed over to Interpol. We hope Interpol will exchange the information with the carious countries,” the spokesman added.
The spokesman did not provide further information in regards to the profiles of these paedophiles. However, the spokesman confirmed that the paedophiles are from all walks of life by saying, “You have people working as teachers, with the government agencies…There are fathers, students, old and young.”
According to a document revealed by Terre des Hommes, it reads, “…predators asked us to perform a broad range of sexual acts including smoking cigarettes while naked, masturbation, having sex with older men and having sex with family members.”
