This year’s MTV Europe Music Awards event was held at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, Netherlands. LMFAO’s Red Foo was chosen to host this year’s “intergalactic”-themed show with performances by top artists such as Miley Cyrus, Robin Thicke, Katy Perry, Kings of Leon, Afrojack, Eminem, Snoop Dogg featuring 7 Days of Funk, The Killers, Imagine Dragons and Icona Pop.

This year’s Best Worldwide Act award goes to Chris Lee (Li Yu Chun), an artist from China. As to date, she has had 51 hit singles on Chinese Music Billboard. During the EMAs, she expressed her sincere gratitude to all her supporters, “This is by far the most significant milestone of my music career to have received such a prestigious international award.
