American luxury brand Diane von Furstenberg recently showcased its Fall 2013 “Glam Rock” collection at Suria KLCC, where the brand’s second Malaysian boutique is located. The exclusive cocktail event party was hosted by DVF’s Asia partner of Globalluxe Limited, David Ting, and was attended by over 100 guests which included Malaysia’s fashionable elite, socialites, celebrities as well as lifestyle press members.Local celebrities such as Nur Fazura, Deborah Henry, Izara Aishah, Debbie Goh, Bernie Chan and Carey Ng graced the event wearing some iconic pieces from the collection archives.
Guests not only enjoyed the glamorous event with champagne and canapés, but they were also treated to a special trunk show of specially-flown in runway pieces from the Fall 2013 “Glam Rock” collection.
The Fall 2013 “Glam Rock” collection symbolises a woman’s graceful glamour with cropped jackets in dusty neutrals as well as bold, colour-blocked hues and dizzying pants. To further contrast the feminine qualities in the collection, every piece was paired with flowing chiffon blouses and oversized, structured coats as well as metallic high heels.
Luxurious stylish pieces oozing with femininity and boldness? We’re in love with ‘Glam Rock’ already!
