This is not only a turn off for the guys, but you also won’t be able to apply any sort of lip colour because it will further accentuate the flakiness on your lips. To avoid this, drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated and healthy, always apply lip balm to protect your lips and scrub your lips from time to time to keep them plump and supple. Here, we’ll show you how you can make a simple lip scrub that is cheap and effective!
You’ll need: Some sugar, a few drops of lemon juice and some honey
It’s super simple, just mix the ingredients together to form a thick paste!
Massage your lips with the mixture for about one to two minutes until your lips have noticeably turned deep pink. Then, wash off and you’re done! Apply a lip balm after and you’ll now have extremely soft, smooth and kissable lips.
We recommend doing this twice a week to ensure that your lips aren’t chapped and nasty. Your lip colour will apply way better too! We also love this mixture as a face scrub because it gives us brighter, smoother and less oily skin when used once a week. Lemons are not only naturally exfoliating, but they also whiten the skin too. Additionally, the honey and sugar will work together to remove dead skin cells, blackheads, dirt and keep your skin hydrated. Try it!
