Look 1: Purple Stripes Maxi Dress (Boutique in Sungei Wang Plaza), Vintage Pin-Up Girls Bag (Gifts), Shoes (Birkenstock), Sunglasses (from Thailand), Pink Watch (G-Shock)

Name: Queenie Pang

Age: 23

Occupation: Daydreamer

Describe your personal style: I am colourful and bold. I enjoy floral prints and complex patterns on fabric. I also enjoy practising the trial-and-error style just to see which outfit makes you comfortable, feeling good or eye-catching. Recently, I am more into experimenting neon colours, black and white while adapting towards a futuristic kind of style. It is something fresh to me.

What do you think about the fashion scene in KL: When asked fashion comes before or after music is like being asked the chicken and egg question. Nevertheless, I would choose to say that fashion comes after music. The KL fashion scene is constantly growing if not every day then every new season in the fashion industry. From what we see on the screen to social networking sites, KL-ites are braver and more daring to pursue the next level in fashion and styling. Besides, fashion items from all over the world are available with just a click away.

Your favourite place to shop: My favourite place to shop will be at Banana Boutique. What I like most about it is the challenge to create a casual and day-to-day wear from their quirky and one-of-a-kind apparels. I have never failed coming out with empty hands.
