Kim Jon-un’s BFF, US basketball star Dennis Rodman has revealed that the Dear Leader of North Korea may just have a possible successor.
Rodman had recently returned from his visit from North Korea and told the Guardian that his “friend” has a baby daughter.
“I held their baby Ju-ae and spoke with Ms Ri (Sol-Ju, Kim’s wife) as well. He’s a good dad and has a beautiful family”.
Kim’s wife, Ri Sol had appeared to be pregnant in issues of last year’s North Korean news, but no confirmation was made. Then, she disappeared from the public eye, and recently returned last October.
Kim Jong-un is the third member of his family to rule North Korea, and is believed to be 30 years old. He was anointed the late Kim Jong-Il’s successor in 2010, despite being the third son.
However, according to North Korean society, Kim’s daughter Ju-ae will most likely not be the successor of her father’s reign, although it is reported that female relatives of Kim have key positions in the government.
