The first thing you do when you step in front of the mirror naked is all the imperfect things about yourself. From arm flab, love handles to the cellulite on your thighs, it’s an internal war every woman has with herself.

But if you’re 34 years old, you may end up being utterly happy with the way your naked body looks.

A study byUK-based skin and body care firm Sanctuary Spa, claims that women are happiest with the way they look nude at the age of 34.

It says the 40% of British women look at themselves naked once a day, with a further 25% looking at themselves once a week. They also found a good 16% that could not bear to look at themselves in the mirror nude because of all the imperfections and wrinkles.

With maturity, women are bound to start to love their imperfections and body hang-ups. It’s quite probably due to the fact that after a few years, the fact finally sinks in that you can’t meticulously study the figure of your favorite celebrity and expect to look like them.

But if you’re not 34, or have yet to reach your 30s, let’s all vow to be proud of the naked body that we have the moment the clock strikes your 34th birthday!
