Indulge in the five new signature dishes offered by the hotel’s sous chef (Muslim Kitchen) Chef Noor Hisham who created these five dishes to complement the existing varied spread of home-style cooking at Paya Serai. Among the new dishes include Sup Gearbox, a bowl of soup with accents of beef shank, potatoes and carrots and Lamb Shank Biryani, lamb shank seasoned with various spices and cooked in ghee.
Among the dishes which have become all-time favourites during Ramadhan are the Rendang daging, succulent beef portions traditionally simmered with spices and coconut milk and Nasi Bokhari ayam, basmati rice seasoned with fragrant spices and chicken.
