Too much of something is a bad thing and if you have too much of a bad thing, you die; or you just have to be really stupid. A 23 year old British man went to a party and for some reason, he had a packet of caffeine powder with him, took several spoonful, and ended up a dead man, literally. Now this is nothing funny, concentrated caffeine can easily be bought over the internet and if the buyers are not careful or probably are too drunk to know what they’re doing, they could end up abusing the content.
On the packaging, it is stated that one should not take more than 1/16 of a teaspoon but not surprisingly, people don’t read. The spoonful taken by the man is equivalent to 70 cans of energy drink. He became ill within minutes and died not long later. Rest in peace, let this be a lesson to everyone around the world, never get caffeine powder, I’m sure your coffee should do the trick or maybe a can of Red Bull.
