New parents Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have revealed that they’ve named their newborn daughter North West. Now, netizens have been pretty amused by this piece of news because well, “North West”. You’ve seen internet memes “Kanye East and Kanye West”, but apparently Kanye is living up to the expectations of the internet trolls.
According to an insider, the name North West is more “inspirational than directional”. The couple are believes that the word ‘North’ represents the couple taking their relationship to new ‘heights’. West even allegedly asked “What’s North of North? Nothing”.
Insiders says that the “duo believes North is their highest point together as a couple” and that North aka Nori, is the couple’s “North Star”.
Okay, that’s kinda cute, but we hope Nori doesn’t end up bullied in school. Seriously, with a name like North and a surname like West, can imagine where this kid’s headed? Pun not intended.
