The Malaysia Book of Records (MBR) is proud to endorse a record-breaking feat in the country, which is the “Largest Gathering of Pregnant Women” with total number of 125 expectant mothers under the same roof.
This gathering is organized by ntv7 in conjunction with their initiative called “Will & Kate and the Royal Baby” due in July this year, and their award-winning talk show, Bella – a show that highlights issues concerning women.

“The idea to organize a delightful event such as Bella Bundle of Joy came about from ntv7’s talk show, Bella, which has been progressively attracting more and more fans. Bella Bundle of Joy is one of the many means for us to illustrate our gratitude and appreciation towards all mothers that have played such a prominent role in the family institution and their contribution in the nations development as a whole,” said Airin Zainul, Group GM of ntv7 & 8tv.
This enormous gathering commenced from 2-7pm at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Not only was it filled with hundreds of glowing pregnant women, some of the most renowned local celebrities who have been dubbed as mothers also graced the event and share their experience as mothers. There were other activities such as special talks about pregnant women and attractive booths.
Datuk Danny Ooi, the Managing Director of the Malaysia Book of Records presented the MBR Record Certificate to the Group General Manager of ntv7 and 8tv, Ms. Airin Zainul, who was accompanied by the General Manager of Brand Management Group, Brand Communications, Special Projects and Events, Ms. Emilya Ab Rahim.
