Scarlet Johansson
Scar-Jo is the only heroine in the superhero collective, “The Avengers”, but unlike most of them, she doesn’t have special skills like magic hammer, or an iron suit that can take you around the world. Her character, the Black Widow uses her sly skills to move around, and let’s not forget those intense martial arts moves. Scar-Jo took up a lot of intense martial arts training to fit her role, and she also made it a point to practice at home to strengthen her skills. Even her co-star, Chris Hemsworth (Thor) was impressed by her fight scenes.

Anne Hathaway
Who could ever forget the doe-eyed Anne Hathaway as Cat Woman? Not only did Anne have to learn how to be strong, but she also took up Bikram yoga so she could fit into her tight leather cat suit. Learning to be strong is something we can all master, but fitting into a cat suit. That sounds impossible! “My stunt double, Maxine, has been really getting me on my protein and lots of other things. And she has guns like you’ve never seen, so we just go to the gym and work out. I want to be strong!” said Hathaway.
