2. Parsley.
Parsley is no longer just a garnish on your plate that you toss to the side before digging in your meal, but also a really good way to treat bad breath. Based on a research, it’s the oils in the parsley that do the trick. Next time it comes with your meal, keep it aside to chew on once your done with the meal.

Most fruits help curb bad breath, but these fruits in particular take it to the next level as they are rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C has the ability to fight bacteria as well as help with other diseases that cause bad breath.
5. Apples.
Another fruit that makes a huge impact when it comes to curbing bad breath. Chewing on an apple can produce quite a bit of salvia and that combined with the high fiber of the apple will help clean and cleanse your mouth. Apples also help clean your teeth, which is another way to get rid of bacteria build up.
