Waking up early can be hard, but there are a lot of benefits of doing it. For starters, it’s the first leap into time management. Being an early riser isn’t just about setting an alarm, but it’s about setting your body’s clock so you’re able to achieve more while you are awake. Moreover, it’ll help you a lot with your job if you’re constantly late for work. With these very simple and effective tricks, you can see yourself waking up in the morning, and you’ll soon be the ‘morning person’ you dread for not being!

Start Easy
If you set your alarm for 7am, make that change by setting up your alarm for 15 minutes earlier. Baby steps is the way to go – try this for a few days, and then gradually cut it back to another 15 minutes.

Sleep Earlier
It’s tough to sleep early when you’re a working woman, but it’s really al the distraction that you have. Turn off your computer and television 30 minutes before your bedtime and replace your ‘entertainment’ by reading a book or a magazine instead.

Make it a Reward
Breakfast is possibly the first decent thing you engage it after waking up. Now that you have a few minutes to spare, reward yourself with an awesome breakfast deal in a nearby cafe. Enjoy your pancakes, and just let your mind relax with a book and a cup of coffee

Don’t Rationalize Going Back to Sleep
It’s not easy getting out of bed. But just force yourself out of the room as soon as your shut off your alarm. Don’t ponder, don’t think. If you plan to do that, stretch your body instead. You’ll feel a lot better and by the time you stand up straight, you’ll feel a lot more awake.

Get Some Exercise
The fourth trick leads out to why working out in the morning is essential. If you don’t have much time to workout then, incorporate at least five minutes of stretch exercises to flex your joints and muscles, and keep your blood running. No one wakes up feeling energetic, so doing something to keep your body moving will help adjust to the time. Exercising in the evening will also help you sleep better, and you’ll wake up feeling more replenished.
