Before this, our lips would glisten for the taste of Tony Roma’s Beef Ribs, one of the prime attraction at the chain of Tony Roma’s diners, but now they’re catering another range of meaty goodness to their loyal customers with the Lamb Ribs. With the introduction of the Lamb Ribs into the menu, Tony Roma’s Malaysia has received the Tony Roma’s global “Brand Innovation” award. Awarded by Romacorp, the franchisor of Tony Roma’s based in Orlando Florida, USA, the award is even more noteworthy as this Malaysian innovation, created by the local R&D team, will be adopted across Tony Roma’s outlets.
The Tony Roma’s Brand Innovation Award was presented by Dickson Low, Chief Operating Officer of franchise owner Revenue Valley to Muhammad Adam Mah, Tony Roma’s Malaysia’s Operations manager for display at the newly refurbished Tony Roma’s outlet in Sunway Pyramid.
The Brand Innovation award is the latest achievement in the continued success story of Tony Roma’s Malaysia, following a win for “Best Operator of the Year 2008” by Romacorp and clinching Brand Laureate’s “Best Brand – American Casual Dining 2009”.
