There seems to be a Japanese obsession with corn soup and it seems to be constantly expanding! Corn soup is served in almost every single restaurant in Japan and many varieties of it can be found in the local grocery stores, as that flavour is also famous for a large range of snacks, and they even sell them in little cans out of vending machines. That’s just how much they love it!
Since the love for corn soup has been rapidly increasing, LC Love Cosmetics has announced a new product, a lip gloss, with yes, you guessed it corn soup flavour! This kiss beautifying liquid called “Kore Janai Nure Nure Corn Potage Kiss” aims to give one extra kissability with the additional taste of corn! However, this beauty product will only be available for a limited time.
This corn soup infused lipgloss is part of their Nure Nure series, which was mainly developed based on research on creating kissable lips from every angle. Plan extracts and pheromones are added in these products to give a little something extra to your kisses. However, tis particular beauty product is only available for a limited time and also, a collaboration with Zarigani Works’ popular robot toy Kore Janai.
LC Love Cosmetics have previously announced other funky flavours such as shrimp wonton and Chinese dumplings as an April Fool’s joke, but this year they aim to create a product that makes it seem like it could be a simple gag.
