What better way to wear a something more than just a casual T-shirt and jeans? Apparently, Hermes has taken the ‘classic simplicity’ a tad bit far with its crocodile-skin made shirt in the latest Hermes collection.
Hermes’ new t-shirt is made of black crocodile skin that costs $91500 (RM283,741.50) and it is now the most expensive T-shirt in the world. This is even without the additional $8,000 sales tax that could bring the shirt’s price up to nearly six figures!
The T-shirt’s price tag was snapped by a blogger for The Awl who discovered the shirt in the designer label’s Madison Avenue flagship store. Although Hermes is known for its luxuriously expensive pieces, but the price of the shirt is still shockingly pricey.
Hermes isn’t the only brand that sells the expensive T-shirt as several other brands including Alexander Wang, Chanel, Balmain and so on. Quality wise, they might be good but for just a piece of plain T-shirt? We’re not so sure about that now.
