Floral print is the most sophisticated and elegant prints that gives a fresh touch to every single thing. As spring approached the fashion world, Mulberry’s Spring Summer 2013 Catwalk Collection was deeply inspired by the rural English countryside, spring flowers and Seventies cultural nostalgia.
The floral-inspired hardware were seen on coats, shoes, jewellery and bags on the Spring Summer 2013 catwalk. As for the jewellery, the Flower Cuff and Double Wrap Bracelets use gold flower hardware as a seasonal statement. The flower detailing replaces the classic rivets and buckle closures on the ankle boots and sandals. The Cut Out Tote was complemented with the intricate laser-cut flower detailing and scalloped edge trim.
The pleasant floral prints with petal trim can be found on the iconic Mulberry postman’s locks as well as the Summer Cape, Frayed Coat and Flower Jacket. The Cecily with Flower shoulder and tote bags featured the seasonal postman’s lock as well and the collection has leather and chain woven straps or handles and a scalloped edge trim for a soft, flora-inspired finish.
