Jacob’s Celebrates 60 Years of Wholesome Nutrition in Malaysia

60 years certainly puts Jacob’s in the spotlight, especially for being part of our lives when growing up. Let’s have a look at what Jacob’s has achieved the for the past six decades: –

1953   Jacob’s was born in Malaysia!

2006   Jacob’s continues to make its fame as a Winner of 2006 Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Gold Award (Biscuit Category) for the next three consecutive years.

2007   As an avid advocator for health with and wellness, Jacob’s launched its first Jacob’s Walk of Life, a successful healthy lifestyle campaign that gives Malaysians a platform they can actively participate and engage in together with their friends, family and neighbours to walk towards a healthier life from one step at a time.

2008   Jacob’s carved its name in the Malaysian Book of Records by mega-sized 300kg cracker called measuring 236x239cm.  Called, “Jacob’s Wheat of Gold” the biscuit is certified as the biggest cracker ever baked in Malaysia.

2008   Jacob’s range of products expanded with the launch of Jacob’s Oatmeal

2011  Jacob’s Malaysia became an official member of Facebook.

Today   Jacob’s range of products has grown and evolved from plain cracker to a comprehensive range of quality biscuits including Cream Cracker, Weetameal, Hi-Fibre, Hi-Iron, Low Salt Hi-Fibre, Hi-Cal and it’s much loved Oatmeal biscuits today.

In conjunction with Jacob’s 60^th Anniversary, Limited Edition collectible tins will be available for sale from March 2013 onwards.
