It looks like the people of Harlem are not very impressed by the new ‘dance trend’ that has been circulating the internet.
Just last week, the ‘Harlem Shake’ was introduced to the world – and every since then, there has been no turning back. Everyone is doing the dance – in fact ,we even picked out 10 of the best versions we’ve found online.
Now, actor and filmmaker, Chris McGuire has decided to take his camera out on a little adventure and headed to Harlem to ask the community what they thought of the current ‘Harlem Shake’ video craze.
In the video, you can see the different kinds of reactions that were given upon watching the video. One woman referred to it as “weird” and other said that is was an “insult”. According to the residents, the real Harlem Shake is no where near what has been circulated.
