Is Kim Kardashian taking her fitness regime too far, especially now that she’s pregnant? Now that she’s four month’s pregnant with Kanye Wests’ baby, she’s apparently been super careful about her shape and baby.
Seeking the help of celebrity fitness trainer, Tracy Anderson, whose famous clients include Jennifer Lopez and Gwyneth Paltrow, Kim’s been taking up serious hours in the gym. We have to wonder if she’s afraid of losing her physique after she gives birth.
Tracy’s known for the world-famous Tracy Anderson Method, a fitness regime that combines toning exercises known as the muscular structure, and dance cardio to help Kim stay fit throughout her pregnancy.
“She’s following the pregnancy project, and she is doing a great job,” said Tracy.
“She’s fun, she really likes the muscular structure. She doesn’t love to do the dance part, but she’s a really smart girl and she knows that you’re going to get out what you put in”.
“She’s so young, and she’s got me helping her, so she’s going to look better after pregnancy than she’s ever looked. I guarantee it,” Tracy confirmed.
But we have to know – is it really good for the baby to be stressing yourself out so much with fitness? But then again, she’s Kim Kardashian and she’ll do whatever she wants with her body. (Source)
